We handle all expectation management in regards to investment, maintain your easily accessible online planning portal, expert vendor selection and recommendations, meticulous logistics planning, overall visual design to work alongside your floral and rental teams, personal touches, and a whole team dedicated to the production and execution of your event weekend. Event Management
Introducing our 'Final Details' service, designed for a hands-off experience in vendor recommendations and meticulous timeline planning.
With access to a personalized online planning portal, you'll effortlessly organize proposals, take charge of budgeting, vendor contracts, and planning meetings, as this service commences 90 days before your event. At this point, your lead Event Manager steps in, confirming vendor selections, gathering final proposals, and orchestrating every detail from rehearsal through the entire wedding day.
Consider it a crash course into your wedding, where we confidently oversee the details to meet your expectations.
While you're responsible for essential elements like vendor contracting and planning meetings (we love to make an appearance at your initial vendor meetings), we provide valuable recommendations on potential oversights (such as linen sizes, flatware, and tent sizing). Elevate your event to the Peach and Pearl standard with optional add-ons and last-minute outstanding items available for this event management option.
